What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle energy healing technique that supports physical, emotional, and energetic balance. Originating from Japan, Reiki works by channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands to help clear blocks, promote relaxation, and support the body’s natural healing process.
While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion — just like yoga. It can be adapted to support your personal beliefs, devotions, or practices. Reiki simply meets you where you are.
Reiki is a supportive, complementary practice — it does not replace medical care, therapy, or mental health treatment. It works beautifully alongside other healing modalities.
